  • The cold store has to be maintained at an ideal operational temperature and humidity so that the potatoes don’t rot or turn to starch.
  • Purojal 7 as a fogging agent and Purojal DW + Activator as a disinfectant for the water used in the HVAC system. Ideal temperature is maintained with the Purojal DW in the water while Purojal 7 is beneficial to prevent fungal infections on potatoes.
